The unique ownership of Trademark Construction Group, Inc. allows our company to provide true design build services. A design-build company is basically a “one-stop-shop” for construction services. If you have an idea, we can give you every tool needed to turn it into a reality.

How It Works:
The typical design-build customer enters our office and discusses their proposed project. We provide an estimate for the design services through our partnered engineer. When the design is complete we negotiate a contracted construction price and begin work.
Typically, when a structural or design issue occurs in the field (and it will), the General Contractor has to call for Engineering approval. A change order may be issued, a price is negotiated, the changes are drawn, the changes are reviewed, and then finally the changes are approved. Meanwhile, construction has been halted throughout this entire process. By partnering with an engineer we are capable of bypassing these obstacles and dramatically decreasing our build times.
